Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your Artuma product, we are willing to exchange or refund provided that the item is returned in its original condition within 28 days of receipt. Please email for further information.

Please ask for proof of postage from the Post Office for your returned item. Artuma can not be held responsible for anything that may be lost or damaged in transit. Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged. In this instance, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by email to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Please return your item within 28 days of receipt of the goods. We will give you a full refund or exchange* within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

Please note delivery fees will not be refunded.

*This excludes international orders, which are eligible for returns only.

All scarves must be returned in an unworn and non-dry-cleaned (eg: re-saleable) condition with the correct invoice and delivery packaging. All art prints must be carefully repacked in the original packaging making sure no damage is caused to the artwork.

All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s debit/credit card. We strongly recommend you obtain a free ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable. International customers must clearly write ‘return’ or ‘unwanted goods’ on the label of their returns parcel to avoid unnecessary customs charges.

If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund. We may instead return your purchase to you.
